I've been using this exchange for quite a while now, and I genuinely appreciate everything about it: excellent user interface, ease of use, a wide range of crypto and fiat choices, quick withdrawals, the mykuna service, and, naturally, fantastic customer support. It's great to witness the platform's ongoing improvements, getting better every month. I'm excited to keep using it in the years ahead.

KUNA IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF, STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR CASH.

After I made my crypto deposit, I didn’t realize I had been tricked by Kuna’s receiving wallet. There were 10 other wallets that had the same ending letters as mine. I fell for one of these scams, and now my money is gone. Kuna claims they aren’t liable for this phishing incident. I only encounter these phishing traps when I deposit to Kuna, and they got me this time.

My transaction didn’t get the green light from the exchange. This seems like a scam. I tried to send ethw, but the transaction got put on hold, and they’re not transferring my funds to the other exchange.

It would be great if you could add an option to view more in the order book and to access all my completed orders (right now, I can only see the last 100 executed orders).

I put some money into my ripple wallet but didn’t set a destination address, which was tricky since I bought it through a BTC ATM. The transaction showed up in the general wallet, so I reached out to support to get it sorted. I gave them all the details they asked for, but they just kept sending me the same email asking for a few screenshots. After I sent those, they suddenly claimed the quality wasn’t good enough and wanted me to send new ones. I had already bugged the company I used to buy XRP, and they did their best to help. But Kuna.io seems to have decided to keep my deposit for themselves. 😔
